The Madness of Youth

The Madness of Youth follows Jaca Javalie, who, after evading authorities, arrives at the home of wealthy Theodore Banning. Claiming to be a man of magic, he captivates the Banning family while secretly plotting to rob them. His initial attempts to break into the vault are thwarted by a guest who offers silence in exchange for a share of the loot.

Despite his cunning plans, Javalie's own magical influence over the family forces him to confront his true intentions. Ultimately, he confesses his plot and earns the affection of Banning's daughter, Nanette.
