The Mystery of Jewellery

Set against the backdrop of a rainy night, The Mystery of Jewellery unfolds with a dramatic robbery at a villa where invaluable jewels are stolen. The plot thickens when one of the robbers is shot, and the other drops the leather case containing the jewels, leaving it precariously perched beneath a suspension bridge.

The story follows Chiang Wen Hua, a schoolteacher who is separated from her husband. On a leisurely Sunday picnic with her daughter Hsiao Ching, the plot takes a twist when Hsiao Ching discovers the leather case containing the stolen jewels while searching for her lost paper windmill. This moment sets off a chain of events that intertwines the lives of the characters and the fate of the jewels, making for a suspenseful thriller.
