The Negotiator: The Movie

The film centers around a massive theft of ¥ 260,000,000 from an armored vehicle. After the criminals take over 50 hostages in a shopping mall, a negotiator named Reiko Usagi, played by Ryoko Yonekura, is called to resolve the standoff. However, an explosion causes chaos, allowing the criminals to escape among the crowd.

Weeks later, Reiko encounters Yusuke Kimoto, a former hostage, at Haneda Airport. Trusting her instincts about his strange behavior, she decides to follow him onto an airplane. The tension mounts when the plane is hijacked shortly after take-off, leading to another high-stakes situation for Reiko and the passengers.
