The Passenger

Yakuza member Naoki Sando discovers a troubling situation involving his daughter Hiroko and his adopted son Kohji. Three years later, Kohji is hustling on the streets, still seeking his father's approval to continue a complicated relationship with Hiroko. When Sando's colleague Marc Tanner steals funds meant for the Yakuza, Hiroko sees an opportunity to reconnect with Kohji. She instructs him to travel to Montréal to retrieve the money and confront Tanner, setting in motion a chain of events steeped in crime and familial tension.
