The Phoenix Rises

In The Phoenix Rises, a team of scientists is brought together by a secretive government initiative known as the Phoenix Program. Their mission is to develop countermeasures against climate-based weaponry used by a newly formed terrorist group. As they race against time, the team faces not only the threat of these weapons but also a vengeful mercenary from their past, Jamal Duegro, who is intent on reclaiming valuable technologies.
