The Silences

The film follows Nuria, aged 12, and her younger brother Fabio, aged 9, who, along with their mother, escape the Colombian armed conflict. They relocate to a small island situated in the Amazon, which borders Brazil, Colombia, and Peru. The narrative takes a turn when their father mysteriously reappears in their new environment, adding layers of tension and emotion to their lives.
