The Silver Lining

Set during a reception for Mr. and Mrs. Vance Leighton, the film presents a discussion among three men about heredity's role in shaping careers. John Strong, a secret service agent, shares a true story to illustrate his point. The narrative follows two sisters who are adopted into vastly different households.
