The Stone Council

The Stone Council follows Diane Siprien, a translator in France who adopts an Asian baby named Liu-San. As Liu grows, a strange mark appears on his chest, and both he and Diane experience disturbing nightmares. When Diane is called away for work, Liu’s sudden presence in her car leads to a car accident that leaves him in a coma.

The story escalates as Diane discovers a digital recorder that reveals Liu speaking in an unknown dialect. Her investigation uncovers connections to the mystic Mongolian Tseven tribe and introduces a world of danger involving sorcerers who seek Liu for their Council of the Stone.
