The film centers on Rainang, who seeks to oust a corrupt village leader named Ciming. After an accidental killing by Marsan, the village dynamics shift dramatically, leading to further corruption under Marsan's leadership.

As Rausin, Rainang's son, returns from Islamic boarding school, he finds the village in disarray, with Marsan now oppressing the villagers. The story escalates as Beureum, an assassin, is sent to eliminate Rausin, but he receives support from Toha and Cicih, a female warrior. Rainang, believed to be dead, makes a dramatic return, culminating in a confrontation that results in Marsan's demise. This film captures the themes of justice and community resilience in the face of corruption.
