The film follows Tomoe, a daring character who roller skates down freeways for excitement. After a tragic accident takes the life of a friend, she joins a stunt group called Green Ship. However, she soon realizes that the group is a cover for an assassin training camp. Tomoe must confront her new reality and find the strength to escape and fight back against the organization that threatens her life.
