This Is Love

This Is Love tells the story of Chris and his companion Jenjira, a nine-year-old girl fleeing from the mafia. They are joined by Chris's friend Holger, who helped secure Jenjira's freedom from human traffickers, despite not being able to pay for it. The narrative unfolds in Vietnam and Germany, showcasing the harrowing realities of their situation.

Simultaneously, the film introduces Maggie, a female detective who uncovers the truth behind her husband's abrupt departure after 16 years. As the plot progresses, Maggie's investigation leads her to Chris, who finds himself accused of murder. The intertwining of their stories raises questions about justice, sacrifice, and the complexities of love in dire circumstances.
