This horror anthology comprises three unconnected segments, each delivering its own chilling tale. His mental state deteriorates as he grapples with hallucinations and guilt.

The second segment, "The Final Hour," is set in the year 2213, where a convicted murderer is being transported for his trial and develops a relationship with the pilot of the transport ship. This story adds a sci-fi twist to the horror genre, exploring themes of redemption and connection amidst a bleak future.

Finally, "Fanatical Extreme" is a condensed version of the film The Last Horror Film (1982), featuring Joe Spinell as a taxi driver obsessed with making a horror movie starring his favorite actress. This segment blends elements of obsession and the struggles of achieving one's dreams in the realm of horror filmmaking.
