Time, Gentlemen, Please!

The story follows Dan Dance, played by Eddie Byrne, who prefers drinking and philosophical musings over work. His carefree lifestyle poses a challenge for the Village Council, which is determined to keep up appearances for the impending visit. In a twist, they plot to confine him to an alms-house, which has been empty for centuries, adhering to outdated rules.
