Titip Surat Untuk Tuhan

The film follows Tulus, who becomes overwhelmed when his sister Dinda faints at school and later learns about her severe illness. As a seven-year-old, Tulus witnesses his parents' desperate attempts to manage medical expenses, which leads him to take matters into his own hands by writing letters to God.
