Tokyo Chiken no Otoko

The film follows Ohashi Taeko, a real estate company owner who is murdered. Yamaoka Seiji, a restaurant owner who rents from Taeko, becomes the prime suspect after confessing to the crime following a heated argument over unpaid rent. The narrative unfolds as prosecutor Higashimaru Shinsuke, portrayed by Ikki Sawamura, investigates the case with his assistant Kirino Keita.

As the plot thickens, Higashimaru employs his motto of confronting suspects without preconceived notions.
