Trust Me U Die

In England, Dr. Greg Fong invents a super steroid known as SS160, which can cure various illnesses and enhance human capabilities. However, his fixation on the drug leads him down a dangerous path of mental instability. After his colleague's death, Fong returns to Hong Kong, where he rekindles his relationship with Dr. Mike Chow, who is involved in illegal activities.

As the film progresses, Fong's actions become increasingly erratic. He becomes obsessed with his girlfriend, Vivian, and begins conducting unethical medical experiments on Chow and others, including a policeman named Chan Sum.
