TRUST.Wohltat

In the year 2020, Germany's social security systems have been replaced by private sector regulations. The insurance group TRUST.Wohltat leads this shift, where affluent clients purchase genetically selected individuals, known as talents, to ensure profitable pension contracts. Luca Permann, a 28-year-old talent, becomes embroiled in a complex situation when his genetic defect is revealed.

The narrative unfolds as Luca's owners decide to use his genetic material to conceive a child with the help of a genetically clean surrogate, Hannah Bitlik. As the story progresses, Hannah's refusal to abort the child complicates matters, challenging the ethics of the system and Luca's identity.
