Turbine of Life

The film tells the story of Rit, a wealthy young man, and Lin, a peasant girl, who face significant obstacles due to their differing social statuses. As they attempt to build a married life, Lin's journey takes a tragic turn when she becomes pregnant and suffers an accident that leaves her with amnesia.

Rit's challenges continue as he is forced to travel abroad, which gives his mother the chance to undermine Lin in favor of her preferred daughter-in-law, Duangporn. The film raises questions about the endurance of love, gratitude, and goodness against life's unpredictable challenges, symbolized by the spinning windmill of their lives. With a cast that includes Mitr Chaibancha and Petchara Chaowarat, Turbine of Life offers a poignant look at relationships shaped by societal pressures.
