Turnt tells the story of Kenny Stanford, a young man with aspirations of becoming a successful artist. However, his dreams are shattered by senseless street violence. His brother, Libaraiers Stanford, who adheres to the principles of Money, Power, and Respect, embarks on a new journey as a rap artist following the death of Kenny.

As Libaraiers adopts the rap persona Rilla, he discovers his raw talent and begins to carve out his own path in the music industry.
