Tzi-goo-lee Mee-goo-lee

The film follows Ivan Ivanović, a party functionary who arrives in a provincial town as a temporary replacement for a cultural official. His mission is to reform the town's cultural life in line with socialist ideals, leading to drastic actions such as abolishing music societies and removing a monument dedicated to the late composer Ciguli Miguli.

The townspeople, especially the youth, are resistant to Ivanović's reforms, creating a comedic conflict between authority and local traditions.
