Uličnice

The story follows Věra Janáková, a factory worker's daughter who is infatuated with the pilot Jiří Málek. Motivated by her feelings, she leaves her boarding house to track him down. Upon her arrival, she discovers that Jiří's family is expecting a girl from an orphanage, prompting her to disguise herself as a much younger girl in a bid to win Jiří's affection.
