Under Water

Under Water tells the story of Foekje, who is coping with her husband's infidelity while living in an unaffordable hotel. In a bid to regain her financial footing, she devises a plan to acquire money from the government by having her mother, Nel, sign a power of attorney. However, Nel's unconventional lifestyle as a doomsday prepper complicates Foekje's intentions.
