Undercurrent

The film centers on Lu Yunlong, an undercover agent who infiltrates the Hongtu Group, a drug cartel linked to a two-year-old armed smuggling case. After saving the life of the chairman, he gains access to the inner workings of the organization. However, Lu soon learns that the second-in-command, Chen Biao, is responsible for the death of his teammate, complicating his mission.

Along with fellow undercover agent Xu Li, Lu engages in intense confrontations with the cartel. The film showcases the high-stakes world of drug trafficking and the moral dilemmas faced by those on the front lines.
