Une époque formidable

The story centers on Michel Berthier, who, after being fired from his job at a mattress manufacturing company, faces the challenge of maintaining his family's lifestyle through deception. As he spirals into debt while showering his family with gifts, the truth begins to unravel, leading to a pivotal decision to leave his home.

Michel's journey takes a turn when he encounters three homeless individuals—Toubib, Mimosa, and Crayon—who introduce him to a new way of life. Their camaraderie and unconventional methods lead him to break into his former workplace in search of sleeping bags and beds. This comedic narrative explores themes of honesty, friendship, and resilience against the backdrop of a societal critique.
