The documentary focuses on the events of October 9, 1963, when a massive landslide fell into the Vajont dam's reservoir, resulting in a deadly wave that devastated the village of Longarone. Nearly 2,000 lives were lost in a matter of seconds as the wave swept through the town. Almost 50 years after this tragedy, the film presents testimonies from survivors and witnesses, providing a poignant look at the impact of this disaster on the community.
