Valley of Memories

The film centers on Ra'fat, who marries Souad despite his family's disapproval, leading them to a life in Syria. Following Ra'fat's death, Souad faces the challenge of supporting their daughter, Sahar, as she navigates her own desires, including her wish to marry their neighbor, Walid.

As Souad's health declines, she chooses to keep her illness a secret from Sahar, sending her to live with a wealthy aunt in Cairo.
