The film follows Justice Saxena's family, whose lives are turned upside down when his younger brother, Inspector Rajesh Saxena, arrests a gangster named Bhawani Singh. After Bhawani is sentenced to death, his brother, Dilawar Singh, seeks retribution, leading to tragic consequences that affect the entire Saxena family.

As Dilawar Singh pursues his vendetta, Karan, played by Ajay Devgn, loses his eyesight while saving the Judge's son, Babloo.
