What Girls Want

The story follows Layla, who is determined not to marry after witnessing her sister's tragic wedding day suicide due to a deceitful fiancé. Her father intervenes, sending a letter to Ahmed, a local newspaper editor, in hopes of persuading Layla to reconsider her stance on love and marriage.

Ahmed's friend Kamal, a notorious womanizer, is encouraged to propose to Layla. Although they become engaged, Layla's discovery of Kamal's past leads her to break off the engagement, igniting a series of complications. The film delves into the challenges of relationships and the impact of past experiences on present decisions.
