When Thieves Fall Out

The film centers on a three-year-old boy named Willy who wanders away from home and falls into the hands of a gang of thieves. His elder brother, Dickie, and his friend Johnny lead a group of children in a quest to find him. As they embark on their search, the children encounter various adventures while trying to locate Willy and thwart the gang's plans.
