Where the Windmills Are

The story centers on Thomas, a seventh grader living in a small Danish city. He harbors feelings for Vikki, the school's tough girl. To gain her attention, he becomes involved with her and a gang of older boys, culminating in a plan to blow up a teacher's bike.
