Whirlwind

The film centers on Podi Eka, a village teenager who lacks education and lives with his impoverished mother and sister. His inability to write is depicted through his drawing of three crosses on the wall, symbolizing his family. As he works for his stepfather at an illicit brewery, he is thrust into a world of trauma when his sister is raped, leading to her suicide and his subsequent act of vengeance.

After spending 17 years in prison for murdering his stepfather, Podi Eka returns to his village as an adult. He attempts to rebuild his life by helping his uncle with farming and cattle rearing, yet struggles with personal demons and the recent loss of his mother. The film delves into themes of familial duty, violence, and the challenges of overcoming a troubled past.
