Who, If Not Us

The film centers on two 13-14 year old boys, one from a stable home and the other from a broken family. Their lives take a turn when they break into a store for food and fun, leading to one boy being sent to juvenile prison while the other is released due to his age. This incident sparks a journey of guilt and redemption for the younger boy, who seeks to help his friend.

As he navigates his feelings of responsibility, he encounters an ex-cop turned alcoholic, played by Valeriy Priyomykhov. Their friendship becomes a focal point of the narrative, culminating in a poignant school PTA meeting that brings unexpected revelations.
