Wild League

The film follows Varlam, who leaves his life as a peasant to be with his beloved. In a bid to make money, he becomes a street fighter and catches the attention of Parker, an Englishman and gambler. This leads him to a chance at becoming a professional soccer player in 1909 Russia.
