Wolf Town is one of those films that kinda sneaks up on you. It's set in this eerie old ghost town, and the atmosphere is thick with dread. The pacing is interesting—builds tension nicely as Kyle and his friends, who are pretty relatable, find themselves cut off from the outside world. You really feel their panic. The wolves, when they show up, are quite ferocious, and the practical effects add a nice touch of realism to the horror. Roel Reiné does a decent job with the direction, keeping the stakes high. Kyle's character arc is worth noting too; he’s got to confront his fears, which adds a layer of depth to the basic survival tale. Not groundbreaking, but it certainly carves out its niche well.
