The story centers around Ekrem, a heart doctor facing turmoil in his marriage with Jale. Their once happy relationship deteriorates into violent arguments, prompting Ekrem to seek solace in a new romance with Ayla, a woman he encounters at the hospital. As Ekrem becomes increasingly absorbed in this affair, he neglects his responsibilities towards his work and son, Murat.
