You Me Lenin

The film follows the story of a small town by the Black Sea that becomes the center of attention with the arrival of a wooden statue of Lenin. The local Municipality believes the statue will draw tourists and organizes an official opening ceremony featuring the Prime Minister and a Russian delegation. However, as the event approaches, the statue is stolen, prompting two police investigators from Ankara to solve the mystery within twelve hours.

As the investigation unfolds, the townspeople provide unexpected insights into the question, "Where is Lenin?" The combination of humor and drama in this narrative offers a unique take on community dynamics and historical figures.
