The film follows Dominik, who has suffered from a lifelong fear of dentists. To confront his phobia, his fiancée Helga rents a flat that was once a dental surgery. However, the situation becomes complicated when their landlord, Barbara, turns out to be a dentist running her practice next door.

As Dominik navigates his new living situation, his dread amplifies, creating a mix of comedic and horror elements that characterize the film.
