Zeitigung

Zeitigung builds on the foundations laid in the earlier work, Zeitung, and presents an updated vision through the bodies of its performers. With choreographer Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker and musician Alain Franco at the helm, the piece reflects on a changing world while bridging generations of creators with the inclusion of young choreographer Louis Nam Le Van Ho.

The performance combines the live music of classical composers such as Johann Sebastian Bach, Johannes Brahms, Arnold Schönberg, and Anton Webern with geometric principles and improvisation in choreography. Franco's presence on stage adds a unique dynamic as he performs live on the piano alongside the dancers.
